Professional Background
Finn serves as Associate Portfolio Manager at Marks Wealth Management, where he plays a key role in crafting and managing the firm’s investment strategy. At 22, he became one of the youngest Chartered Market Technician (CMT) charterholders in the world, bringing technical precision to active portfolio oversight.
He also holds his Series 65 license and interned with the firm for two years before joining full-time, grounding his approach in daily market analysis from the Ellicott City office.
A Foundation Built Early
Finn earned his Bachelor of Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in December 2023. Growing up in Howard County, Maryland, as one of six children taught him patience, discipline, and clear communication early.
Those qualities carry directly into his work, sharpening his risk management decisions and keeping his analysis steady during volatile stretches in the market. It is a foundation that reinforces everything he does for clients.
Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Finn enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, watching football and baseball, and attending country concerts. He is a devoted Philadelphia sports fan and loves rooting on his Eagles.
